Donation Terms and Conditions

Purpose of Donations

Donations to Genius Home are intended to support our educational initiatives, including but not limited to:

Providing scholarships for students in conflict-stricken zones of the North-West and South-West Regions of Cameroon and beyond, East, North and Extreme North Regions, and beyond as well as the internally displaced and underprivileged population.
Creating engaging educational content for our platform.
Supporting operational costs associated with maintaining and improving the Genius Home application.
Funding additional resources that enhance our services and offerings.

Donation Process

Methods of Donation: Donations can be made using Visa cards or mobile money platforms as specified on our website or application.
Non-Refundable: All donations made to Genius Home are final and non-refundable. By donating, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
No Ownership or Shares: Donations do not constitute a subscription for shares, ownership interest, or any form of investment in Genius Home. Donors will not receive any financial returns or equity in exchange for their contributions.

Acknowledgment of Donations

Recognition: Genius Home may publicly acknowledge donations, unless otherwise requested by the donor. This may include listing donor names on our website or in promotional materials.
Tax Deductibility: Donors should consult their tax advisor regarding the deductibility of donations, as Genius Home may not be a registered charity and does not provide tax receipts.

Use of Donations

Discretion: Genius Home reserves the right to allocate donations at its discretion based on the needs of the organization and its mission unless otherwise for specific programs which need particular accountability and follow up.
Transparency: We commit to maintaining transparency regarding how donations are utilized and will provide updates on the impact of contributions through our website and communication channels.

Limitation of Liability

Genius Home disclaims all responsibilities linked to any consequences arising from your donation. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your decision to donate.

Modifications to Terms

Genius Home reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile applications. Continued use of the donation process after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon.
